These Delivery and Payment Terms apply to orders placed through our online shop at www.janinagold.com/shop.

Our Terms & Conditions, Withdrawal Policy and, for digital sewing patterns, the applicable Sewing Pattern License Terms incorporated into the respective contract also apply.
1. Prices
The prices displayed in our online shop at the time of ordering apply.
All displayed prices are total prices.
The applicable treatment of value-added tax is determined by the relevant statutory provisions.
No shipping costs apply to digital products.
For physical products, any additional shipping costs are displayed in the online shop before the order is completed.
2. Payment Methods
The payment methods available for each order are displayed during the checkout process.
These may include, in particular:

PayPal;

Direct debit; and

Other payment methods offered through Stripe.
The payment methods actually available for a particular order are determined by the options displayed at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated for the selected payment method, the purchase price is generally due upon conclusion of the contract.
3. Digital Products
Digital products, particularly digital sewing patterns and e-books, are provided exclusively in electronic form unless expressly stated otherwise in the respective product description.
Therefore, purchasing a digital product does not involve the shipment of a physical item by post or courier.
Digital products are made available through a download link, download page, or comparable electronic delivery method.
Unless otherwise stated, digital products are provided after successful completion of the ordering and payment process.
For digital content made available for immediate download after purchase, the statutory provisions regarding the right of withdrawal and its possible expiration once performance of the contract begins also apply. Further details can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.
4. Technical Issues With Digital Downloads
If a digital product cannot be made available immediately due to a temporary technical issue, please contact us at hello@janinagold.com.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide an alternative way for you to access your purchased digital product.
Your statutory rights in cases of non-delivery or delivery that does not conform to the contract remain unaffected.
5. Delivery of Physical Products
Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
The shipping costs applicable to each product, as well as any delivery restrictions, are displayed in the online shop or during checkout.
The estimated delivery time is specified in the respective product description.
For products that are immediately available, order processing generally begins after successful receipt of payment or the corresponding payment confirmation.
6. Pre-Order and Made-to-Order Products
Certain garments, headpieces, accessories, and other physical products may be offered as Pre-Order or Made-to-Order items.
For these products, production begins only after the order has been received or after the respective pre-order period has ended.
The estimated production or delivery time is specified in the respective product description.
Please note that the total delivery time for such products may consist of the stated production time plus the subsequent shipping time.
If a significant delay occurs, we will inform you accordingly. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
The fact that a product is manufactured only after an order has been placed does not automatically exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
However, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to products individually manufactured according to your personal measurements or other individual specifications. Further details can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.
7. Shipping Costs
The shipping costs applicable to each order are displayed before the order is completed.
No shipping costs apply to products delivered exclusively in digital form.
For orders containing both digital and physical products, shipping costs may apply to the physical products included in the order.
8. Deliveries Outside the European Union
Deliveries of physical products to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, import VAT, import fees, or other charges.
Where such charges are not collected or paid by us, the customer may be required to pay them directly to the relevant authorities or service providers.
The amount and conditions of such charges depend on the regulations of the respective destination country.
9. Unavailability of Physical Products
If an ordered physical product is exceptionally unavailable or cannot be manufactured or delivered, we will inform you without undue delay.
Where payment has already been made and delivery is no longer owed or possible, any payments received will be refunded in accordance with statutory provisions.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Conclusion of Contract
Details regarding the conclusion of the contract, order confirmation, and the storage or provision of contractual terms can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
Before submitting your binding order, you can review and, where necessary, correct the information you have entered and the products you have selected.
The order is submitted as a binding order with an obligation to pay by clicking an appropriately and clearly labeled order button.
After receiving your order, we will send you an electronic confirmation.

11. Withdrawal and Returns
Information about the statutory right of withdrawal, returning physical goods, possible compensation for a reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, and the special provisions applicable to digital content and individually customized products can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.
12. Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights in cases of non-delivery, failure to provide digital content, defective products, or other breaches of contract remain unaffected by these Delivery and Payment Terms.
