Is it possible to make a custom creation and how much does it cost?
Yes I create custom designs that are exactly tailored to the wishes of my customers. I take into account individual color preferences and finish variations to achieve a result that perfectly suits you. The prices for my creative services vary depending on the order and start from 150€. I guarantee first-class quality at a fair price. Please contact me for a non-binding offer.
Is it possible to borrow creations?

Currently, I mainly rent to creatives from my network. However, I am occasionally open to collaborations with new photographers, models and other creatives. Are you open for celebrity projects?

I bought a creation from the web store, but now I don't like it after all. Can I return it?

You have a period of two weeks after a purchase within which you have the right to reverse your decision. If you return the product in its original condition, you will receive a refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping costs you paid).

How do I get my purchased digital products (e-books)?
All e-books are available as digital PDF files and can be downloaded immediately after purchase. An automated email will be sent to you containing a download link. With these files, you can then print the pattern on your own printer and get started right away. Generally, download links are emailed within 60 minutes of purchase. However, in some cases this can take several hours. If you haven't received an email within 6 hours, you should check your spam folder and make sure the email address in your order is correct. If there are any further problems, please contact janinagoldphoto[at]outlook.com. We will be happy to assist you in English or German.
I bought the wrong e-book! Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges of digital items are not possible, as they cannot be physically returned. If the downloaded files are damaged, replacements will of course be provided. In this case, please contact janinagoldphoto[at]outlook.com.

Do you also send ready-printed e-books on paper?
No, all digital products are only available as PDF files.

As a designer, may I use your tutorials for customer creations or my own store items?
No, a commercial use of my digital products is not allowed.
